At brandedtshirts.com, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and hassle-free.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.


3. Exchanges

  • We offer size and product exchanges if stock is available.

  • If your preferred item is unavailable, you can choose a refund or store credit.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


5. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized T-shirts.

  • Gift cards and digital products.

  • Items not meeting the above return conditions.
